How do I know which glove size is right for me?
Glove sizing depends on your body weight and the type of training. Generally, 10-12oz gloves are for bag work, while 14-16oz gloves are recommended for sparring. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your return policy on training gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. For hygiene reasons, products such as mouthguards, protective cups, and hand wraps cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by location.

How should I care for my combat sports apparel?
To prolong the life of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, especially on technical fabrics like rash guards and compression shorts.
